NC STATE AUDIT REPORT ON THE FRAUD AT NCARTS

STATEMENT OF FACTS I have written you FAXED you and emailed you regarding the FRAUD by the PRINCIPALS of the School of The Arts, Hobgood, Pollick, and Dickson. I told you of the money that was removed from the FOUNDATION and used for other purposes. The Principals stole equipment and services from me and NEVER PAID FOR THEM. You were advised that they traded a $ 500,000.00 OMINMIX system for some of my invoiced amounts. ($54,000.00) Now in excess of $ 250,000.00. The Principals REMOVED portions of the system and SOLD them before they traded it to me. The system was to be in working order, not striped down. You have received many letters from others regarding this FRAUD by the Principals. Molly Broad also was advised that the FRAUD was acted out. She DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. The STSTE AUDITOR looked into the FRAUD regarding the OMNIMIX and they found that the SCHOOL acted outside the LAW in their trading the system. The AUDITOR NOW haS FOUND THAT over $ 1,000,000.00 WAS USED OUTSIDE THE law. An additional $ 250,000.00 must be added to that figure regarding my loss and the stolen equipment that they are using and have not paid for. I believe that the use of stolen goods is not lawful in your State. I want my mone from these crooks. So what are you going to do about the FRAUD and the use of stolen goods?????????
